Our Story
Sebastian's journey from homemade tamales to "No Sabo's Tamales" began in a not so traditional workspace: his apartment kitchen in The Colony, Texas. Inspired by his Mexican heritage and driven by his passion for the timeless tradition of tamale-making, Sebastian's tamales gained a devoted following throughout the DFW Metroplex. As his business grew, he adopted the name "No Sabo's Tamales," a nod to the affectionate term "No Sabo Kid," used for non-Spanish-speaking Hispanics.
Today, "No Sabo's Tamales" marries old-school tradition with modern flair, resonating with both seasoned aficionados and a new generation of food enthusiasts. Through this harmonious blend of old-school tradition and fresh, modern appeal, the company not only preserves cultural authenticity but also ensures its enduring relevance in the ever-evolving culinary landscape, guaranteeing that the love for tamales transcends generations..
